I want to start this blog out by congratulating so many Americans for using their common sense over this past month. In that time the Sequester became law and another round of Democrat fueled and Obama led hysteria was unleashed. But, this time most of America, and I’m happy to say even some people who voted for Obama looked at what happened, compared it to what Obama and his minions were saying and then said to themselves “Wait a minute. This is bullshit”
So what did happen? Well, back in 2011, Congress was tasked with raising the debt ceiling (credit card limit) of the Federal government. Republicans wanted some spending cuts; otherwise they said it would be irresponsible to keep spending at the rate they were. Democrats said, ‘Hell, No! We can print or borrow the money”. Obama came to the rescue with sequestration. This was a proposal that if a Super Committee of the same congressman who couldn’t agree now, but could magically agree at a later date, then across the board cuts of about 2.3% would occur. As expected no one gave an inch. They were, however, able to put the date of the sequester off until March 1st, this year.
Then the world did not end last December and March 1st actually happened. So Obama had to sign the sequester order which (except for all of the entitlement programs (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare) forced across the board cuts of not 2.3%, but about half that. Why? That's because the fiscal year is already about half over.
Then the doom and gloom started.
Even before Sequester kicked in, the Department of Homeland Security released 2000 illegal immigrants saying they did not have the money to hold them.

Obama gets up and makes one of his thousands of road speeches, this time telling Americans how devastating these cuts (to the rate of spending growth. We will actually spend more money this year than the year before) will be to the economy and people everywhere.
America looked at their paycheck and said “I just had to take a 2% pay cut. The kids are getting fed. I’m still paying the bills. I didn’t like it, but the world didn’t end”

Mandate? I call “Bullshit” Obama got 51.1% of the popular vote. That means nearly half the people wanted no more to do with him and his policies. He got 52.9% of the vote in 2008. When Ronald Reagan won reelection in 1984 he garnered 58.8% of the popular vote and won 49 states. That was a mandate. Less people voted for Obama in 2012 than in 2008.
Want more? On Election Day, 2012 Obama’s approval rating was 50%. Seeing as how he won 51% of the vote that sounds about right. On Dec 17th, after a month of speech making and promises of all the good times to come, that rating had moved to 56%. Now, it’s at 47%

Has your health insurance gone up since ObamaCare was signed into law? Did you have to take a less generous plan to avoid, or at least offset, some of that cost? I did and I know I’m not alone.
Obama promised that he would cut the costs of health insurance by $2500.
You want to call “Bullshit” on this one? You had your chance last November. It goes into full effect in just 9 ½ months.
How about all of the attention to gun control? Sandy Hook was a tragedy. I am sure everyone agrees with that, but Democrats see it as an opportunity. To quote former Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, in an unguarded moment
“You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”
No one was seriously talking gun control until a sick kid stole his mother’s guns, killed her, and then all of those kids and teachers. So, while Democrats agree this is a tragedy, the bloody bodies are also an opportunity to restrict access to guns and gun magazines by law abiding citizens.
Never mind that none of the laws enacted or proposed would have prevented this mentally ill person from doing what he did. Nor would they have prevented Klebold and Harris from using a 21 year old friend to buy the guns (shotguns did most of the bloody work) they used to kill at Columbine.
Nor would they have prevented the Aurora shooter who, after his high capacity magazine eqipped weapon jammed, used a shotgun to continue the carnage. Isn't that Joe Biden’s weapon of choice?
Nor would the Virginia Tech shooting have been prevented. That sick bastard used two handguns, neither of which had magazines over 15 rounds. He spent over twenty minutes in the “gun free zone” reloading more than a dozen times, visiting and revisiting class rooms to casually kill as he saw fit.
Nope, all these laws will do is make a Democrat feel better about him/herself because “They did something” and make it harder for law abiding citizens to protect themselves.
C’mon America. You figured this stuff out all ready. Isn’t it time to call “Bullshit” on these people? If you get up each morning, go to work, pay your taxes, and pray there will be enough to make ends meet, there is no Democrat who is your friend.
Oh, Yes. They are promising the world. “Vote for me and I will give you stuff.” Santa Claus is a piker compared to these people. But, they pay for it with your children’s and grandchildren’s money. They are consigning future generations to tax enslavement, to buy your vote now. Do you feel guilty? If you vote Democrat, you should.
Do you raid your kid’s piggy bank? No? Do you struggle to find a way to put money in it, for their college? Do you feel guilty? Do you think if you paid less in taxes you might have more for them? Which party wants to raise your taxes? Oh, Yes, I forgot. That’s only on the rich, right? Did your taxes go up this year? Are you rich? What was that? Did I hear you just shout out a word that rhymes with “Bullshit”
It is 20 months until the next election. There is a lot of damage that will be done in that time. Elections have consequences and now we must suffer them. We will continue to suffer them until the next election. So, please watch and see who votes to restrict your liberties and rights. Watch to see if your governor signs gun control laws to make himself and his party feel better. Then come November 2014, when these same Democrats who have been shoveling it chin high coming begging for your vote with more scare tactics and promises; call “Bullshit” and send them home to wallow in it with the rest of us.
