Reversible Baby Quilt--June 2017

We had two dogs that came down with cancer in 2016. Enzo and Eve. Enzo was stricken first and had the longest fight. The lady oncologist who treated them was a very special person, who took it nearly as bad as the family when one of her patients died. Through her treatments we probably got an extra year with Enzo and something similar with Eve. The cancer doc was also pregnant at the time. Margo wanted to thank her in her own special way, and created this reversible blanket. She designed a cloth tote to put it in, and gave them to her about a month after Enzo passed. She cried the first of many joyful tears that her pregnancy would bring her.
