Rice Bag and Covers--Nov 2018

Margo is a long time friend of JoEllen Hoffman, and her mother Liz. Margo and Jo worked together forever, and Margo even cleans her house once a month. Liz had a very worn rice filled bag that she would heat in the microwave and use to warm arthritic areas. It started to leak. Jo asked Margo to make her a new one, kind of on the sly. Liz is past 90 now, and gets irritated with her daughters if they ask anyone to do something for her. But, it were a present......So, Margo made three of the covers, one for Liz and each of her two daughters. She made everything pictured in just a few hours.
